Lutris config location with Flatpak?

I installed Lutris on my Steam Deck using Discovery and it works great but now I need to RMA my Steam Deck and can’t find any of the configuration files to back them up.

I looked in the places suggested by the thread below:

Where is lutris library data stored?

I would like to backup the runners I made for all of my games. Where on ones linux system will they be stored. I tried searching my home folder and I ha no luck. I want to do a backup so my runner data such as the game name, year, command/executable, banner image, icon and so on is backed up. I am not interested in backing up the wine prefixes o any games themselves.

But it seems the Flatpak version stores the files in a different location. I even tried searching using Dolphin for system.yml and pga.db but it didn’t find anything

Where does the Flatpak version keep these files?

After a long search, I was able to find it. If anyone else is wondering, the Flatpak/Steam Deck Lutris config files are located in ~/.var/app/net.lutris.Lutris/config/lutris.

For some reason, Lutris-installed native Linux games also treat ~/.var/app/net.lutris.Lutris/ as their home folder (e.g. Stardew Valley stores its saves in ~/.var/app/net.lutris.Lutris/.config/StardewValley instead of ~/.config/StardewValley).

If anyone can say why this happens, that would be very appreciated!
