GOG games: "The executable at path ... can't be found."

I often have this problem when installing GOG games:
“The executable at path /hd2/lutris/jazz-jackrabbit-2/drive_c/Games/Jazz2/Jazz2.exe can’t be found, please check the destination folder.”
… What am I missing ?

It has happened to me too. Just right-click on the game, select ‘configure’ - ‘game options’ and then browse and select the executable even if the filepath is already correct. It worked for me.
