I contact gog and they write me :
" Sadly we are only able to guarantee that the native installers for the dedicated supported systems will work correctly, sadly WINE, Proton, Lutris etc workarounds, we are unable to guarantee that these will work correctly with your games.
That said, both native Linux installers should work correctly here with your system, seeing it is an Ubuntu derivative.
For Baldur’s Gate EE please try using the offline installer:
Next:
- Please open your default terminal emulator (“Terminal”), and run the following commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install libopenal-dev
- Please uninstall the game and reinstall it to the default directory, proposed by the installer. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE A ROOT TERMINAL OR THE SUDO COMMAND TO RUN THE INSTALLER.
(To uninstall the game, use the uninstall script from the game’s installation folder, located by default in ‘~/GOG Games/’ - double-click it in your usual files browser, or start it from a command line with ./uninstall-.sh
.)
Once this is done please make sure that before you reinstall your game to remove any residual files/folders left behind.
/home/username/GOG Games/
-
Please navigate to game’s installation folder, and try to run the game directly using it’s BIN file.
-
Please could you also try getting in touch with the official support for the game regarding this issue as they might know more about this issue?
