Worms world party remastered (GOG) Black screen

hello,
i am trying to install worms world party remastered from gog so many time with lutris, the game work, but it’s unplayable. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

when i launch the game, the screen is totaly black same if still running.

Started initial process 29820 from /home/powabanga/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine/lutris-GE-Proton7-43-x86_64/bin/wine /home/powabanga/Games/gog/worms-world-party-remastered/prefix/drive_c/GOG Games/Worms World Party Remastered/w2.exe

any idea to fix this ?

I am on archlinux x86_64
Nvidia mx150 → drivers: nvidia
ram : 32 Gb

Try a different Wine runner, for example Lutris 7.2-2 (in Runner Options of the game)

I’ve not had much luck with those Lutris-GE-Proton runners.

This is still an issue.

Someone was able to workaround it by setting the black windows to transparent with KWin

The game is problematic on Windows itself, and the fix is to open properties and check the “Disable fullscreen optimizations” box.

We need to replicate this fix on Lutris/Wine!
