My character is bugged and I need to open an in-game ticket. But when I open the Customer Support window in-game - all I get is a window with a forever loading spinner. Anyone got an idea what to do?
This used to open a window with internet explorer which cannot work on Linux for obvious reasons. I don’t know what technology they use nowadays but it still doesn’t work. Just use your browser (https://battle.net/login), login there and submit the ticket.
