I installed all the listed dependencies on github. Blizzard launcher works fine and install went perfect as well. The game runs perfectly, if you don’t consider the artifacts covering up the most of the screen.

You’ve most probably figured this out already. I’m not familiar with manjaro but I can’t see in your logs that you are using amdgpu driver. You should.
