I am downloading Witcher 2 from GOG RN and I’m wondering which installer should I try first. I took up the time to download it via back files because the GOG was eating up my CPU even when I closed it.

Hello, you have 2 choice: install Linux or WIndows GOG version.

Ooooh I can pick Linux version on page. Cool!
Some essential mods don’t work with the Linux version though.
Even with Lutris and WINE some of them are a real pain.
Most notably Full Combat Rebalance 2 which is a semi-official mod.
Well worth it IMO.
