When I look at my games list, there are no icons

When I click on “Steam” in the sources list on the left, I get a nice display of all of my games with their respective icons. When I click on “Games” from the library list on the left, I get a list of all of my games with an ugly gray gradient box where the game icons should be.

I am running this on Arch Linux.

It seems to have gotten better. Now only three games show the gray gradient when I look at Library Games, as opposed to Sources Steam.

After a restart, it is still that way.

Did you ever manage to find a solution to this problem? I’m having the same problem except the only games that have images are games that I installed using Litrus’ installers. Steam games synced to my library don’t have images unless I go to Sources > Steam.

No, I didn’t. I’ve stopped trying out Lutris as it doesn’t do what I want.

Anyone get a good solution to this? Seems this loss of icons just keeps getting worse for me with each release. It was pretty stable way back in the 4x days, now I believe… though not exactly sure when it broke… I no longer get icons on my games page for any of my games no matter what I do. I try to manual set them but they never show up. Is there some trick to it?

Well, I don’t know how, but all of a sudden they all showed up and look great. Still no clue why they didn’t show up and now why they are.
