Unable to start pre-installed Hoyoverse games

I have installed Ubuntu24.04 and Windows11 (dual boot) on my PC, and the Hoyoverse games were previously installed on WIndows. However, I cannot start any game after importing them, including Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero. The logs pasted below are using Genshin Impact as example.

I directly imported the GenshinImpact.exe into Lutris, not the HoYoPlay’s launcher.exe.

  1. be sure you do not use a NTFS partition
  2. install Hoyoplay Launcher with Lutris:
    HoYoPlay - Lutris
  3. once launcher installed, you can localize your games, no need to download them again
