Ubi-Connect - login error

Hello,

I installed Ubi-Connect and when I log in, I get an error message saying that the email address is incorrect.

After double-checking, I was able to log in without any problems via the browser.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Same issue here, no solution yet. Please help

Just tested with Lutris Flatpak 0.5.19, can not reproduce:

Ubisoft Connect installs and works great with Lutris.
I copy paste here mini guide from Lutris DIscord server:

To install “Battle.Net” or “Epic Games Store” or “EA” or “Ubisoft connect” or “Hoyoplay” with Lutris:

1) set “GE-Proton latest” as default in Lutris

In Lutris menu, preferences, runners, wine, click on the wheel, set “GE-Proton latest” as default Lutris Wine version

2) Then install “Battle.Net” or “Epic Games Store” or “EA” or “Ubisoft connect” or “Hoyoplay” from this link:

NOT DIRECTLY FROM THE SETUP FILE.

Nota: If you don’t have “GE-Proton Latest” in your list, you will need to install “Proton-GE latest” with a tierce app like ProtonPlus.

I understand now that you talked about Ubisoft integration in Lutris.
It’s a fresh bug, I opened an issue on Lutris Github:

I couldn’t install it with GE-Proton latest.
It ends with “Exit with return code 256.”

However, I was able to install and start it with Proton Experimental.

Annoyingly, there is currently an error on the website.
I am supposed to reset my password. However, this is interrupted by an error message asking me to try again later.

When it works again, I’ll let you know.

EDIT:

I was able to change my password and log in directly in the client via Lutris and on the website.
However, the integration still shows me that the password is incorrect.
