Hi, try just wget -q https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/strycore/Debian_9.0/Release.key -O-
is the key downloaded/displayed, do You have wget installed?
BTW this is only adding key not lutris install command, but You know that?

#3

i know its not the install command for lutris but it cant find it
sudo apt-get install lutris
Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done
E: Unable to locate package lutris
i thought it was the fact it cant find the is the problem

#4

Did You add lutris repository as in instructions?
Please give some outputs as i said in my first post.
1.add repository
2.add release key (if not working try as i described in my post, what the result)
3. try install lutris

pi@cnat:~ $ echo “deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/strycore/Debian_9.0/ ./” | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/lutris.list
deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/strycore/Debian_9.0/ ./

#7

Maybe its flagged because You didn’t provide any info about what You did, what was the output of the command You run (not the command itself) as states in: Please read before asking for help
Did You run:

sudo apt-get update

is very important before trying to install.
