I’m having a problem with Titan Fall 2 and BF1, both have they own prefix, but the problem looks similar, Origin launch just fine, but if try to launch the game nothing happens, there’s a lot of erros “DXGI: Present parameters not supported” while Origin launches, i’m not sure what happens with Origin or the game but here’s what i copied from the console, since is a lot of text i post on pastebin.
are you using subscription card to have a game on the console? Check your console account for the game or reinstall the game again. you can also simply download the game in the account itself.
