Excellent tool, I’ve used nothing else to download my GOG games in the last years.
I’m using it already 
That is, I’m reading the source code to figure out the API details, the code itself will be re-implemented in Python (it is already done for the most part, I already have the login part and the downloading of a user’s game library)

While you’re working on this you might be interested in reading a bit about Galaxy API, that will probably take over the legacy API at some point.
