I made two submissions to update the art and metadata of non-Steam, independent games earlier this year. However, nearly five months later, they are still pending. Is this usual? Is there something wrong with the submissions? I have not received any communications about either of them.
I don’t have any experience with artwork and metadata submussions, but from my observations, slow responses on Lutris are rather common. I suppose they are a small team, and they are all volunteering, so it’s likely that, along with their daily jobs and schools, they can’t always keep up with everything that’s going on with the community… IDK.

The games are Lichess and OpenSpades
