Steam Wine game issue - cannot install any game

Hello everyone. there are many similar topics to mine on the forum or github, but almost none have been clearly resolved.

Setup :
I am on Debian Buster, with an AMD Ryzen CPU and AMD RX560 GPU, kernel 4.19.0-4-, LLVM 7.0.1.
I use both Wine and Wine Steam staging-3.16-i386 with preferred system library off.

Issue :
When I click on Search Lutris.net, I click on Download, then I get the following message: “Installing game data” forever. I also noticed that the Steam Store shows a black screen, yet it is on this page that I have to download the game.

We can also see on the terminal that it does not find the path for the SteamApp ID:

I thought Lutris’ advantage was the “Plug & play” aspect, but it seems much more complicated in my case.

Could you tell me how to solve this problem, please?
