I did the test with Steam ACO shader compiler in PoE and the stuttering was unexistent in maps and also when going to zones that where unplayable it was much better there but stutering appeared there again. Valve is making progress here. If anyone is curious about what can happen if ACO goes mainstream this is on a PPA and becomes available to the system since ACO is enabled by default in amdgpu driver.
