Star Trek Online crashed at Cryptic loading screen

The last item in the log is

“Displaying status message: Connecting to Account Server
successfulPatchRootFolder = C:/Star Trek Online/Live
ALSA lib conf.c:3357:(snd_config_hooks_call) Cannot open shared library libasound_module_conf_pulse.so”

Not sure how to resolve this error.

By the way, there is no “sound=pulse” option to select when I try to change settings in winetricks.
