Steam is terminated within few minutes if I tries Doom to update.
If I interrupt the download, the programme runs.
What do I make wrong?
It’s wine. they need to tweak the wine version they use. My distro would probably work but I don’t know how to add a custom version yet.

Does somebody have the problem that Steam has no connection with the download server?
Steam disposes otherwise of Internet. The shop can be searched easily.
There is a solution: DOOM is on “Play Steam” available.
Check it with the Steam for Linux client.
