Recently installed the EA app and the Sims 4 via Lutris. I am running Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon.
I got the game to launch and function, but now the DLCs that I own say they are installed but when I am inside the game it doesn’t recognize them as being installed.
Everything I can find says the DLCs should be inside the Sims 4 folder, and it appears that they are, but it’s still not working properly. Screenshots attached showing the file location of the DLCs and the game path that the EA app sees.
When I initially installed Lutris I had an issue getting the EA app to work, as the folder for the installer was named something different than it was supposed to be, and the actual folder I needed was located inside the mis-named one. I had to move it out and then it worked. Sorry for the bad explanation, it was a little while ago now.
