I solved my own problem and wanted to share in case others ar searching.
I installed the game from GOG and it launched at the end of the install process but would not launch from lutris.
I was able to get it to launch from the Wine Console.
So i decided to disable and remove everything in the config and re-enable options and got it to work.
The issue was the argument “-english” in Game Options > Arguments. Removed that and now its all good.
