Problem with Slay the Princess (Auto)GOG Script

Problem with Slay the Princess (Auto)GOG Script. The installer finishes with no problems, but the game always crash through Lutris. The game runs without issue if installed locally without Lutris then adding it afterwards.

Did you manage to solve this issue? Same game, same issue.
Running the Linux installer manually and adding the game to Lutris works. Seems like Lutris somehow screws up the installation.
