After few hours of playing(sometimes less eaven an hour) the sound in WOW bekome crack and sounds strange.
That is part of your pulseaudio settings.
Dox, what and how should I set in pulseaudio settings to solve it? The only one recomendation that I found is to update the pusleaudio, and it is not helped.
This depends on your soundcard, etc, so you will have to figure that out for yourself.
default-fragments = 2
default-fragment-size-msec = 5
Is a good start, in Pulse daemon.conf. Google it and you will explanations to tailor it for your soundcard.
EDIT: You should also take a look at load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0
in default.pa
Newest OpenAL seems to have helped for me on Arch. That and the latest Wine builds.
As a temporary workaround, I fix it in WoW’s sound options by changing sound output device. It does however starts to crackle in a few hours again, but is fixable the same way.
Yeah, I did that aswell (changing output devices).
I fiddled and I think it is better now (all fiddling in previous post).
