Please review the files needed for the installation

Hello guys,

I’m trying to download and play this MMORPG called Cabal Online.
My problem is, lutris try to download those files in the printscreen. One of them has a broken link. As you see I can search for a file, is it a installer? Or just the folder that the file is installed?
So how can I tell Lutris that I already have the dxwebsetup(direct X) on winetricks or whatever? How I proceed to get the installation successful?

Direct X should be at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
vcredist should be at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0
