Patch german ? Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun

i have my old CD’s here, gives a way to patch it after the Installer to german version ?

Hi,
Tiberian Sun was released as freeware and has been independently updated to version 3.0 (google: tore tiberian sun) and it works on Modern systems - just use the Lutris installer.

IMO too much effort :slight_smile: I’d just go with Tore’s free version, but if you really really want to install the original CD version you have two options

  1. Virtual Box VM:
  • Create ISOs of the CDs and use Use Oracle Virtual Box to mount them
  • Install your patch
  • install nocd crack for patch version (as copy protection will break)
  1. WINE
  • install cdemu or virtual drive to provide a “real” CD drive in WINE
  • Create ISOs and install in new WINE prefix (32 bit)
  • apply your patch
  • install nocd crack for patch version (as copy protection will break)
