Password reset link not sending

Hello,

i have a problem with the password recovery of a Lutris Account, I created a while back. This Account is linked with my Steam Profile. I tried logging in and used the “forgot your password” link, however i didn’t receive an answer mail (it is not in spam).
How can I reset my password or move my steam games to this account?

You’re now receiving anything because we have issues with Microsoft emails, do you want me to change the email address of your old account to something else?

if possible I would like to use the email from this account I#m posting with.
If not, then could you unlink my Steam Profile from the old account?

So here’s what I’ve done:

  • Removed your very first account (the one with 0 games) using the hotmail address
  • Removed the Steam ID in your other hotmail account
  • Changed the email of you hotmail account to [your_gmail_username]+old@gmail.com (so it doesn’t conflict with your new account.

Please let me know it that works out and if you need anything else.
