Overwatch is significantly slower on Lutris 6.0 wine than 5.6.2

My apologies if this post lacks detail but I’m not sure which details would be pertinent. I’m using the latest mesa-git with a Vega 64 / RADV (ACO) and using the latest Lutris 6.0 wine runner, the game hovers between 45fps and 55fps with poor frametimes. The shaders are fully compiled. Downgrading to 5.6.2 runner the game instantly jumps back up to over 130fps+!

Why might this be? Also the gpu usage was quite significantly lower under 6.0 than 5.6.2 - again, I should stress that the shaders were definitely fully compiled.
