Origin lutris script wont open after install. "no internet" error

https://lutris.net/games/origin/ is the script that was used.

I haven’t had problems with Lutris scripts in the past so this is an oddity.
Also, my system has no VPN enabled.

Edit:
Well at least lutrisDOTnet/games/the-sims-4/ launches after install, even though the window except for the menu bar is blank.
