I’m using version 0.4.5, Wine 2.3-staging, the game is TESV: Skyrim installed through WineSteam.
Am I missing some files? I installed Wine through Lutris’ “Manage runners” only.
I created a symlink for the wine prefix used by Lutris WineSteam runner at the location used by Winetricks. $ ln -s ~/.local/share/lutris/runners/winesteam/prefix/ ~/.local/share/wineprefixes/LutrisWineSteam
Not sure if that helps.
Edit: So I’m new to Lutris and learning its features and functions. Just discovered that you can launch Winetricks from within Lutris and it (appears to) sets the instance “default” location to the game’s Lutris managed prefix. That being said, my suggestion should also work whether you launch Winetricks from Lutris or natively.
$ lutris -d
