MyWhoosh Installation help

I’m trying to install mywhoosh MyWhooshTechnologyService.MyWhoosh_3.5.4.0_x64__eps1123pz0kt0.msix

Getting this error, it’s been ages since I used MS, it was all .exe installers back then, anything I need to do or it’s no good?
