I made a submission, then I made some changes and made a submission again. Version of unpublished installer hasn’t changed on site thought, and is still one I made even before first submission.

It does it’s just not presented there but on the “edit installer” page. Is that what you’re asking for?
nope. it was an older (way older) version than a last saved draft for a while in “edit installer”.
