Don’t know why it looks like this, but I couldn’t find any settings to alter how text in the app looks. running 1440p 16:9 display 100% scale with 120pt text dpi (was previously 96 & increasing it did nothing). Any help is very much appreciated!
That looks like it might be an issue with font hinting, Arch Wiki’s troubleshooting section might help: Font configuration - ArchWiki

Does this happen in other programs?
Are you running Lutris through Flatpak?
Which distro are you running?
