Why does Lutris website not support vpns? I have to disable vpn when going to the lutris website? It’s just a small annoyance that I was curious about.

Well, it’s not that the Lutris website doesn’t support VPNs, or that the problem has anything to do with you using a VPN on the site, specifically. What’s going on is that the Lutris website uses Cloudfare, which does these kinds of checks on your IP when you connect. It’s partly so it can direct you to the best cloud server (through DNS I think), but if it detects a lot of users on the same IP address, you might get annoying captcha bullshit.
I found out from my VPN that I have to switch servers connected to and then i got on. Just an FYI.
