Insert Native Programs in Lutris

So, I have following problem:
I installed OpenMW with Lutris what didn’t worked, then I installed it from the homepage directly on my system and it works.
How can I link the installed OpenMW to Lutris?
I have another game with that “problem”.

If it’s important, I’m using Unity.

Configure the game in lutris and set the executable location to where the game is licated. Also, disable the runtime in the system tab so it won’t affect the game.

Wow i just spent about an hour trying to get lutris to launch stuff and this fixed it all up. Thanks.
