Lutris is a good start.
But I would like to play all my games on chromebooks and furthermore having all games on the web would mean a lot less hassle for the gamer.
I think people would love to pay an timely/hourly/daily/weekly/monthly/no/? fee.
What do you think?
That has nothing to do with Lutris.
There are many services that are offering that: Amazon Luna, Google Stadia, Geforce Now, etc. Just pick one of them.
Ohh, I would be happy if they would have all the games that are available through Lutris, but they don’t!
Furthermore they don’t have a good fee structure, i.e. timely/hourly/daily/weekly fees.
