How to run a game with "WINEDLLOVERRIDES" in front of executable?

Hey guys! Noob question. I got some advice in this thread on WineHQ forums about using DSOAL on F.E.A.R… I could run the game like this:

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=dsound=n wine FEAR.exe

So how do I do this in Lutris? I see in “Configure” > “Runner Options”, there’s “DLL Overrides”. So would I use “dsound” as “key” and “n” as “value”?

So did you ever find out the solution?

I am also a complete noob trying to install a mod for the first time.

Phew, not sure. I know I eventually got F.E.A.R. to run, but I don’t remember. Haven’t done anything with gaming on Linux in a long time, kid’s keeping me too busy o.O Sorry!
