How to create a non-steam wine entry?

So; I found my old copy of Oni and they have it listed in Wine HQ (https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=291) but I was wondering how does one go about adding this to Lutris?

Either create an installer for the game on the website or install it manually with wine and then add it to lutris
