As per the title, I just tried to access the installers from the google drive link provided and receive a 404 error notification. I want to recall this link working the last time I installed the software.

Hi it seems that link in particular is out of date, I had a quick look in reddit and other forums, there seems to be other servers:
I have not downloaded the game nor these executables so run them at your own risk. I will suggest a change in the game page to indicate that the link is down.
If you find a proper solution please suggest a installer modification.
