Gldriverquery.exe error when launching steam

Hello all, new Lutris user here.

So I just started using Lutris today. Got steam installed no problem with Wine Staging 3.3. Installed Skyrim and played it some. I had the opensource nvidia driver installed (I have a GTX 580M in my laptop. Its old :frowning:), and it ran pretty poorly. So I installed the actual Nvidia drivers through the graphics drivers PPA. I got the latest driver installed. So after enabling the latest drivers, Steam does not want to launch. I get this error,
Steam gldriverquery.exe Error

I did some googling and I cant find any fixes for this issue. I’m not sure if this is the right place to post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: So I restarted my laptop and Steam actually started up. I still get the error. Though now when launching Skyrim, I get this error,
Skyrim Launcher Error
The launcher then just closes. I’m stumped :frowning:

I get the gldriverquery.exe crash often when using the Nvidia closed source drivers too, but It doesn’t bar me from using Winesteam. As for skyrim, bypass the launcher by either installing SKSE, or renaming the applications.
