I use the XIVLauncher in Lutris to start the game. The custom launcher also starts without any problems. Downloading the game was also no problem. However, I get this error message after starting the game: A fatal DirectX error has occurred. (10000000)

Edit: I tested the official launcher. I copied the FF14 files downloaded from the XIVLauncher into the folder created by Lutris for 14. Result: The game starts without the XIVLauncher without any problems.But i want to use the XIVLauncher.
