So I decided to try by Xbox One Bluetooth connected controller with FFXIV today for kicks, and the second I pressed a button it crashes to a black screen with “An unexpected error has occurred” message that couldn’t be closed. I ended up having to hard reboot to get out of it (though i’m sure there was likely another way to kill the process).
In the config it is detected as “Xbox One Controller (event)” both when connected as bluetooth and with usb (with bluetooth disabled in the OS just incase it retained that connection).
I tried it a few more times all with the same result, this is the first game that has had issues with the controller over bluetooth, anyone have any ideas?
