Running lutris -d - two attempts in logs Ubuntu Pastebin

On Fedora 35, I cannot install BattleNet games because, I get this error “Could not install Wine-GE-Proton7-16”. Installing any other wine version (7.2-fshack, 7.2-2) stalls without any progress (at 0% progress). By default I seem to have installed (and selected as default) Wine 7.10-staging
Notes: I was able to download from browser the files that are stalling (such as lutris/wine/releases/download/lutris-wine-7.2/wine-lutris-fshack-7.2-x86_64.tar.xz), I sniped them from the log.
Lutris or GTK seems to be complaining about locale, could this be the problem?
