I occasionally play Fallen Earth and had it running under Kubuntu 20.04 but had to set the runner to 32 bit mode to get it to run. After upgrading to Kubuntu 22.04, it won’t load. It complains that the runner won’t support 32 bit, but in this case, I’ve even copied the same runner over that used to work in 20.04. I’m using runner lutris-5.5-2-x86_64.
I’ve verified that the core Wine version on my system has the 32 bit architecture enabled and reinstalled Lutris once or twice. It seems like Lutris just won’t even try to run it or set itself in 32 bit mode, even though everything seems to be there to support it. Any ideas?
Here is the output from the log. Not much to go on but I do see 32 bit libraries in the runner:
Started initial process 13908 from ~/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine/lutris-5.5-2-x86_64
