Failed to get url https://api.github.com/repos/lutris/vkd3d/releases: HTTP Error 403: rate limit exceeded

Error when installing any wine based game (via GOG if that matters). Fails to access the github package due to rate limits which results in a missing .local/share/lutris/runtime/vkd3d/vkd3d_versions.json file and breaks the installers.

Fresh install of Arch using the standard linux kernel (5.18.1-arch1-1)

had to manually download and install the d3d_extras, dxvk, dxvk-nvapi, vkd3d.

install was done by extracting the github release archive and copy pasteing it to the corresponding /home/.local/share/lutris/runtime directory.
