Hi, I’m new to Lutris and I’m having a bit of trouble with the Epic Games app. It won’t open, however, if it installs the games, the problem is that it won’t open the games either.
Use translator for this, I speak Spanish.

to install “Battle.Net” or “Epic Games Store” with Lutris:
1) set “GE-Proton latest” as default in Lutris in Lutris menu, preferences, runners, wine, click on the wheel, set “GE-Proton latest” as default Lutris Wine version
2) Then install Battle.Net or “Epic Games Store” from this link: Battle.net - Lutris Epic Games Store - Lutris
NOT DIRECTLY FROM THE SETUP FILE.
Nota: If you don’t have “GE-Proton latest” in your list, you will need to install GE-Proton 10.x with a tierce app like ProtonPlus.
This does not work. I followed these instructions on a fresh install of CachyOS and Lutris and launching the Epic Games Store results in the update crash loop.
If this still does not work, ask for support on our Discord server.
For anyone following along, it was a Vulkan issue, which I was able to resolve by installing dxvk-mingw-git
However, Epic Online Services fails to install. I’ll follow up here when I find a fix.
Easier than expected. After resolving the Vulkan issue described above, switching to wine-10.7-staging-tk via Runners → Wine → Manage Wine Versions fixed the issue (after switching, open Epic Games Store → Settings → Install Epic Online Services).
