what is you default Lutris Wine version?
Look in Wine runner global options.
You need to change your default Lutris Wine version to GE-Proton latest.
I do not know why, I have not changed anything in Lutris.

Well, I tried again and got this far. NO amount of restarting the app has fixed the problem.
If you can’t read the purple bit at the top of the screen it says Epic Online Services are not installed.
I can not reproduce your issue with Lutris 0.5.22 and GE-Proton latest.
Can you tell what the issue is on my end?
Come on our Discord and with a Lutris log, it will be more easy to understand why you have this issue.

Install Lutris Flatpak and try to reproduce this issue.
If you have this error message in Epic Games Store:
cause: Epic services do not install with GE-Proton 11-7
solution: Install GE-Proton 11-6 or 11-5 with ProtonPlus.
You can install EGS with GE-Proton latest. Once installed, change GE-Proton version associated with EGS to GE-Proton 11-6 or 11-5.
