I’ve just installed Lutris, and I’m trying to access the Epic Games Store. WHen I log in, I get to the two factor authentication, complete that and get taken to a black screen with a rather long error message, part of which reads “corrective action: PRIVACY_POLICY_ACCEPTANCE”.
I should note that I’m never given the opportunity to accept the privacy policy.

I was able to fix problem by logging into the Epic website and accepting the privacy policy changes. Then I retried via Lutris and everything worked as intended.
That fixed it for me. THanks for your help.
I have the same issue, but when I log into EGS website there’s no new policy to accept. Does anyone know how else can I fix it?
Update: I could get it working by starting EGS from Lutris itself, logging in there, and accepting the EULA that popped up.
