Epic games store is not showing after launching and running and signing in

Hi, i notice there is an issue on arch for when signing in, connecting an account and now it some reason not showing the games.

nevermind./ it seems it keeps clicking on selecting installed only games.

i do notice my ubisoft games dont have pictures shown like in epic games store all blank pictures.
