Is there a way to not have the Dolphin and PCSX2 runner install Dolphin and instead use Dolphin and PCSX2 that you manually installed from the official sources?

Hey. Have you found a way to do this?
I have an odd issue where the dolphin runner does not work but the standalone app does. I hoped I could use this to solve the issue.
