Does not seem to find Steam games

Hi! I am quite new to Lutris. I understand that I should be able to import my games from Steam. But it just doesn´t work for me. When I press the button next to Steam it just says: Failed to load games. Check that your profile is set to public during the sync. When I open the Steam profile settings it says that my profile is set to public.

Am I doing something completely wrong?

you have to go to your steam account and modify the privacy settings and set game details to public.

Hi! You’re not doing anything obviously wrong. Even if your profile is public, your game details must also be public separately. In Steam:

  1. Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Privacy Settings.
  2. Make sure “Game details” is set to Public.

Lutris needs that to see your games. Let me know if that fixes it!
