Directx install problem (possibly big bug)

I dont know whats happened but it used to work, I tried installing league in 17.04 17.10 lubuntu and I get this.,. Happened in 16.04 too I think I really dont know a fix of this and what is going.

Maybe except apparently Lutris has python syntax problems according to terminal? Its like syntax gtk widget something some thing something. I am not that deep into python yet so I do not know what that is.

And apparently Lutris only runs with the sudo command…

This is Lubuntu 17.04
